I took a part of the group exhibition on the occasion of Mother Earth Day "La Expo Na'Lu'um, retratos de la Madre Tierra", located in the Roger Orellana Regional Botanical Garden of CICY - Centro de Investigación Científica de Yucatán in Mérida, Yucatán, México

"The Dream of the Earth" (Dedicated to my aunt Inka)

All my life I've loved nature which always has been my inspiration. Every day I enjoy observing the environment of my life and art objects which the nature created. These objects enrich my imagination and I'm collecting them for my project. They contain a visual and spiritual aspects. In my imagination they are projecting my feelings .

One day on my way I found leaves that looked like small trees and there appeared an idea. The trees leave their marks. Static leaves are like the symbol of death, flying gently seeds symbolize new life. It's the circle of the life.

During my work my aunt died and I realized how symbolic is the picture, therefore I dedicated the picture to her.

Durante toda mi vida me ha encantado la naturaleza y siempre ha sido mi inspiración. Cada día disfruto observar el ambiente de mi vida y los objetos artísticos que la naturaleza está creando. Estos objetos enriquecen mi imaginación y los colecto para mi proyecto. Contienen aspectos visuales y espirituales. En mi imaginación se proyectan mis sentimientos.

Un día encontré en mi camino hojas que se veían como arboles pequeños y apareció una idea. Los arboles dejan sus huellas. Las hojas secas estáticas son como el símbolo de la muerte, las semillas finas voladoras simbolizan la vida nueva. Es el círculo de la vida.

Durante mi trabajo falleció mi tía y me di cuenta qué tan simbólico es el cuadro, por lo tanto se lo estoy dedicando a ella.
